"Great hotel, clean and well kept. Kids loved the kids club. The staff were super helpful. The resort facilities like pool and restaurants were great. Can’t really fault our experience. There was a mix up with our 5th traveller. As my child was 7yo, they expected him to sleep with parents. This is clearly noted on their website, however Expedia didn’t provide the information when I booked. An extra bed was $40 AUD per night. "

"It’s an amazing property. Great Thailand experience. The staff is wonderful. I especially must give an exceptional review for Reena our tour guide from the hotel. We had a great experience. The only problem that we experienced is the trolley situation. The resort is large so I would suggest have the trollies going around more often. Otherwise it was perfect "
