They should have someone to greet you as the check-in process is complicated and the written instructions tedious and too complex to attend to while driving. No blowdryer was present, as promised, but it was brought the following day. The apartment is comfortable and attractive, and the neighborhood is a plus."

"We had a great stay, the condo is very comfortable, with the amenities as shown in the listing. The beds are comfortable, the full size washer and dryers were a godsend as we were traveling with carryons only. There are two grocery stores within easy walking distance, and a few cafe/restaurants. The location is great if you are looking for a quite place, close to the city center but removed from the noise and the crowds. "We absolutely loved August’s apartment. It was spacious and the roof deck was gorgeous. Everything was very clean and it had everything we needed. We would stay here again for sure. August was very attentive and communicative and was there to greet us and show us around when we arrived. The ONLY downside was that it is a sixth floor walk up which was not in the online listing. I have a bad knee, so 94 stairs between the street and the apartment was a bit rough. "
