"The house was much smaller then it originally appeared to be in the listing photos and what they had available was the bare minimum. The neighborhood was rowdy and there was screaming late into the night. The shower also sprayed water all over the floor and caused a massive puddle. The house was overall nice and clean but not worth the price that it was listed for. A hotel would have much better accommodated our needs. "

"We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful, clean, fully equipped and the views out back are magnificent. We all loved the pool. The host was very helpful with any issues & requests. All in all we truly enjoyed our time there. Highly recommend."

"This property needs some attention before it gets a higher rating. All the walls need to be painted. Also, kitchen supplies could be more plentiful. There was no hand mixer and very few food containers for leftovers. The outdoor landscaping needed more attention. The house itself is comfortable and the water view is pleasant. It would be nice is kayaks were provided since the nearest rental was several miles away and we couldn’t use the nice docking area. The outdoor patio area is pretty and we enjoyed grilling. With more attention this could be a five star rental. "
