"We love this place. We stayed there every year. Amazing hotel and spa. It's clean and comfortable. The staff is polite and always helpful. The Spa is awesome. The food is good not great. I love the breakfast but the dinner menu needs to get better. "

"Amazing location next to the falls. Out of hours access to the falls is amazing allowing you to see the sun rise and set over the falls virtually alone. Breakfast had a huge buffet selection including many local dishes made to order, and able to serve perfect tea and provide cold milk without being prompted. Essential for all English visitors. Fantastic staff and a very well organised hotel. A must go to hotel!"
