Gather in a light-filled lakefront home built for groups. Lyman Fireside sleeps 10, with a private beach and dock on Lyman Lake, a game garage for rainy days, and room to spread out across two levels. Dog-friendly.

Large windows frame the lake from the main living spaces, while log-frame beds and a wood-slice accent wall bring cabin character to the bedrooms. A second lounge and card-table area give your group another place to unwind.

Main level: two bedrooms, one king bed and one queen bed

Outside, on the water
Step onto the expansive second-floor deck for morning coffee overlooking the lake or an evening drink as the sun sets. Your private backyard, outdoor seating, gas BBQ grill, and fire pit make it easy to enjoy meals and time together outdoors.
You'll have exclusive access to the entire home, game garage, private backyard, and waterfront spaces, including the sandy beach and private dock for fishing or relaxing by the water. Kayaks are provided for guest use — paddle straight from the dock — and beach essentials are on hand for your time on the shore. Please note that any personal boats must be launched at the public boat launch and cannot be moored at the private dock.

Winter here is its own trip
Ride your snowmobile near from the property on the trail network, or ice fish on Lyman Lake. In summer, ATV trails are close by. Come back to the gas fireplaces, the game garage, and the jetted tub.

Check-in and getting around
Self check-in is through a keypad at your private entrance. Your unique door code and check-in information will be sent on your arrival day, along with your guidebook link.

Please note that due to its secluded nature, having a car is essential to fully enjoy the area. Duluth is about 45 minutes away, with Superior close by, for local attractions, dining, and shopping. Parking: 4 spaces in the driveway.

Pet Lovers:
This property is dog-friendly. We welcome up to 2 dogs per reservation at a charge of $75 per dog. Please do not leave dogs unsupervised out of a crate. If your dog is not used to being crated and may become agitated and bark, disrupting neighbors, please consider this in your travel plans. In all public and common areas, dogs must be leashed and under full control of their handler. Any property damage caused by pets will be assessed and may be charged at the discretion of management.
