"The initial room we were put in was not up to standard and the bedroom had open vents which felt like we were listening to the forest frogs have a rock concert! How ever the manager listened to our concerns and moved us to a better apartment! They made our experience a priority and the staff were always lovely, espectially in the surf bay bar! Would recommend to anyone looking for something alternative to a big resort."

"Great place to stay. Short five minute walk to Freights bay surfing access point. However, it is about a 20 minute walk to the very nice beach."

"This is the second year staying here with my daughter. I picked the location for proximity to the nearest beach as it is familiar and lots of locals go there. The walk to the beach provided us with plenty of stops to observe nature and animals around us. The walk to the ZR is at the top of the road, so convenient for us to find somewhere to eat, buy food or shop. Arthur was available when needed and we enjoyed our "Barbados home" again. We would come back again."
