"Like many previous reviews articulated, this house’ view is tremendously good value and a lovely, quiet place to spend a holiday. We never got tired of watching the beautiful ocean so close by along with the backdrop of Nevis. Dinners outside were wonderful and the house is as listed: large, clean, and the AC ran wonderfully in each room. An overall very comfortable, nice home with incredibly communicative hosts who checked in, offered advice, and tried to make all as smooth as possible. The only two small downsides/reality check (not the fault of the home) is that the nearest beach down below is absolutely not usable during the offseason. This may be evident to most but we were disappointed by the photos nearby. Ultimately, that is our naïveté but wish the nearby beach mentions had a disclaimer. The other is that the pool is much smaller than the photos make it seem. It’s for floating or standing, not swimming. No matter, there are beaches you can take a long walk to. A few restaurants that are solid (lobster fest nearby is a must on Friday’s). You’re also close to ferries to get to Nevis. A nice perk one should take advantage of.Great holiday!"
