"Great location and spectacular views. Nice yard. The house is spacious and must have been fantastic when it was new.
Regretfully, it needs some improvements. Water leaked into dining room when it rained, dishwasher and oven didn’t work, kitchenware old and worn, several cracks in masonry, furniture old, master bedroom AC inadequate (we had to sleep in another bedroom). There’s more, but you get the idea.
Also, you have to use about 2 km of rough dirt road to get to it, and when it rains hard...
