"We found our rental a good value. The location is not beach front as the photo implies. It is a 3 minute walk to the unit from the beach. The beach is flat, sand good, beach chairs nice and no reason to rush out and reserve one. Rent a small SUV to get around. Barefoot next door and Indian Summer has good food to walk to. The restaurant there has good pizza but were not impressed with anything else they served."

"Safe and comfortable. Food places close by including a small supermarket walking distance. Will definitely stay there again. "

"Great spot in Frigate bay, easy walk to lots of good restaurants and the Strip for some beach time and relaxing, but still close enough to Basseterre for more activities. The house was cozy, but comfortable for 2 couples, and there was a central pool area for relaxing and getting sone sun."

"Just got back from a week's stay here with 4 others. Great experience overall. Check-in was easy and place was as advertised. Located in Frigate Bay section of St. Kitts which is very convenient to shopping and restaurants/bars. Only slight negative was that there is no accessible beach in front of the property. Need to walk to the beach at the Marriott down the road or taxi to another part of the island."
