Beachfront Condo on South Padre Island.

Experience a family-friendly condo managed by us—Texas Vistas Vacation Rentals. This Serene Sanctuary is located in a peaceful, gated complex with gorgeous beach views from the living area. It’s also next to a local water park—Beach Waterpark. This cozy second-floor unit offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for families, couples, and friends. Please note that there is no elevator access (one set of stairs). All amenities are provided for a comfortable and relaxing stay—even all the beach supplies!

Family-Friendly Amenities:
Designed with families in mind, the condo includes:
-Fun mini-bunkroom with RV-sized twin beds for kids (up to age 9-10)
- Full-size washer/dryer, pack-n-play, booster chair, and kids' dishes
- Beach gear: chairs, towels, boogie boards, sand toys
- Games, books, and a SONOS speaker for entertainment

Very comfortable and homey property and the host has provided every item you might need. The beds were very comfortable. Communication with Roseanna was easy and she responded quickly. The condo is at the Southern end of the island which is quieter and perfect for families and children to walk, swim, play frisbee or search for seashells. My family loved our stay and hated to leave.

Family Getaway

We had a great time for a family getaway with our three young kids before school starts! The condo was very clean with all the necessities. It’s a great location and the beach was beautiful. Rosanna is a great host and communicated before and during our stay to make sure everything went smoothly. Also, she recommended the restaurant Viva which was wonderful!

Perfect condo

This condo on the beach was perfect!! Everything you can think of was provided. Loved sitting on the balcony in the morning with coffee, wine at night. Will definitely book again. Our host was wonderful.

Beautiful home and location

Perfect get away

We loved it here ! Comfortable and has all the extras you may have forgotten and even could think to remember ! Perfect location to the beach and loved being able to see the ocean from the balcony with an amazing view of the sunrise each morning . Have zero complaints because even the smallest issues were handled asap . If we are ever in this area again we would definitely love to stay again !

Great Water View

This is a very nice condo right on the beach. The view from the balcony is great. The condo is well equipped including beach chairs and an umbrella. We really enjoyed our stay.

Annual Family Coast Vacay

We vacation every summer at SPI- and this was our 1st time at Sea Vista. What really stood out was the hospitality- and the little "extras" that made it easier for the family- like extra toiletries, sand toys, etc. The host was especially attentive, as well.

Favorite SPI Location

This condo was clean and just what we needed. The condo sits on the beach, so any condo within this complex is ideal. 2 pools, a tennis court, feet to the beach, and gated parking lot are a few of the reasons we come back to Sea Vista.

Perfect Location

We had a wonderful stay. Rosanna was so helpful throughout. There were tiny touches that made the place so homey. We enjoyed tea each evening as we sat and watched the waves. The beds were comfortable. My young boys were over the moon about the bunks. I think they played with every single beach toy available. We will be back!

Great location and beach access

Fantastic host with a clean and organized property. The home is very well equipped and stocked. Great pools and amenities. Best of all is the private beach access and being on the southern side of the island. It’s not nearly as crowded.

Great little getaway

My husband, his brother and wife and I came to South Padre for our first adult getaway since all of our kids left the nests. This was the perfect first step out into the world of travel for us. Quiet property with access to the beach and central location to everything. We should have booked an extra night but we really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing place! Outstanding host! Memorie made!

This was by far our best experience renting in SPI! Our host truly was incredible! When there was a threat of severe weather, she kept constant contact and made sure our travel plans could continue. Everything we needed was there to enjoy the beach as well! Our kids had such an amazing time and LOVED the bunk bed room. We will most certainly be back and cannot recommend this place enough!
