Sweeping 9th-Floor home with Gulf & Sunset Views! This remodeled & upgraded coastal beachfront home is perfect for creating unforgettable memories with your family and friends as you experience beautiful South Padre Island. Small pets welcome for a small additional cleaning fee.

Start your day eating breakfast on the oceanfront balcony while the sea breeze gently kisses your face as it passes by. In the afternoon, quench your thirst with a favorite drink, or cook up your favorite meal in our fully stocked upgraded kitchen. When the sun goes down, watch the sunsets or Summer night fireworks just outside your front.

Perfect space for the whole family to spend time together comfortably. Continue to enjoy the views beach & ocean through floor to ceiling windows while lounging comfortably on the couch, or comfortable chairs. In the evening relax and watch a movie on the large flat screen TV.

Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen to whip up your favorite meals. Large pantry to fill with your favorite foods. Dining table fits 4 guests comfortably, with additional seats at the bar counter.

In the master bedroom, wake up each morning to the breathtaking sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico, while snug under the covers of the king size bed. Ample storage for your belongings in the dressers and closet. Additional amenities are flat screen TV with live cable tv.

The beautiful guest bedroom is roomy and boasts 2 queen size beds. Perfect spot to take a break in the afternoon to lay back and read a book.

Ocean Vista Towers offers a variety of amenities to enhance your relaxing getaway. Numerous amenities which include free internet, cable tv, children's playscape, tennis court, basketball goal, 2 pools (large and kids pool), small cardio room, palapa area and gated parking have been provided for your enjoyment. In the evening unwind in the hot tub as you gaze at the spectacular starry sky.

We strongly encourage that you purchase adequate trip cancellation insurance. A small welcome package is provided which includes 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash can liner in each trash can, liquid hand soap by each sink, liquid dish soap in the kitchen and 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

**Up to 2 small pets up to 25 lbs with a pet cleaning fee. Pet size/limit are rules set forth by the Home Owners Association and enforced by the on-site Management and Staff.**

Had a great weekend in SPI. The condo is in a great location, close to everything, and we were lucky enough to watch a SpaceX launch right from from the balcony.

The location of the property is perfect. walking distance to several great restaurants. The property is well maintained and very clean. The kitchen has everything you could need. And the view from the balcony is wonderful and also large enough to hold a group.

Beach Getaway

This was our second time staying at the property and it was just as great! It is right on the beach with a great view. Condo is very nice and beds comfortable. I loved that they provided beach chairs and a wagon. We hope to come back soon!

We had a short mid-week stay and really enjoyed it. Excellent communication with property owners/manager and everything was exactly as listed. Very nice location for accessing the beach, restaurants and attractions. Property had everything you would need, including laundry! Highly recommended and would stay again.

Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay! Great amenities, loved that everything was within walking distance-restaurants, shopping and groceries. We bought an umbrella and kept it there for other guests, since the loungers out in front of condo on the beach are for the “owners only”. Condo was decorated nicely and the washer/dryer came in handy. It was nice having a king bed although the mattress was very soft and frame very noisy. Thanks for letting us stay in your home, we would recommend.

Summer vacation

Our stay was exceptional! The condo was very clean and welcoming. The view from the 9th floor is gorgeous, from both the balcony that faces the beach and the walkway that faces the island. Our family visits the SPI every year and this condo didn't disappoint!!.

Spectacular South Padre stay!!

Our family loved this condo! Beautiful beachfront views and breeze! It had nice furniture and comfy beds, 5 min walk down pier to beach. 2 Pools and hot tub had great shade in the afternoon. It was quiet, yet kid friendly. AC worked great! The owner provided a wagon and beach chairs which was a nice option. We told friends about it, we will stay here again!

Anniversary Celebration

Outstanding ocean views. Condo was beautifully furnished. Had everything we needed. Mid September, had the complex to ourselves it felt like. Awesome place to relax and listen to the ocean. Views of the Super Moon were spectacular. Return trip is a given. Thanks for the memories!

Perfect location

This condo was absolutely perfect for our vacation. We were two couples that wanted a beachfront location. Our condo had a beautiful view of the water, easy access to the pool and to the beach. Walking access to multiple restaurants, the liquor store, several bars, a large grocery store, and of course a ice cream store. The condo itself was clean and mostly well stocked. We had to buy ourselves a couple boxes of tissues and ran out of toilet paper fairly quickly, but the easy access to the grocery store helped to resolve that. Will definitely keep this place in mind for any future trips to the island.

Great property! Condo was even better than the pics. It was super clean and had everything we needed. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 rating is because there isn't access to rent umbrellas for the beach which is something other properties have available for guests. If that's not an issue for you, then this is the perfect place!

Annual May trip

Condo was very clean and well equipped. Beds were a little too soft, but we like a firmer bed. We have chosen this property for the last six years. It is well maintained and the people who work here are so nice and welcoming. We’ll be back!

First VRBO rental

This place was exactly as advertized. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. I was very impressed with the furnishings and the ease of renting. We would definately come back. It was dog friendly, which was a must.
