    Look no further, 123 Georgia Ruth has all you need for your beach getaway! Featuring 4 bedrooms and 2.5 Bathrooms, this home accommodates up too 12 people comfortably! The house is tastefully furnished with island decor and offers a spacious living area for all guests to enjoy. This home encompasses three floors. The first floor entails the entry way to the house, garage, and a bedroom, which is located behind the garage next to the pool area. The second floor entails two spacious bedrooms, a living area, dining area, and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked to accommodate our guests' cooking needs! The third floor consists of an oversized open master bedroom.

    The backyard of this home is a tropical paradise offering a private pool and hot tub. It's the perfect area for guests to relax while on vacation!

    123 E. Georgia Ruth is located less than 1/2 a block from the beach, offering guests easy access to South Padre Island's white sandy beaches!

    Every stay at 123 E. Georgia Ruth includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. Perfect place for a family

Perfect for Large Family

We enjoyed our time at the house on Georgia Ruth We didn’t quite realize the downstairs room was detached from the rest of the house, and off of the garage - but it did not stop us from enjoying the property. The space was perfect for our party of 10 (all adults). Access to the beach was super easy and quick.

The house was a great fit for our family. If you are looking at this location please be mindful that the room with the bunks is NOT actually inside the house. It is a bottom floor room between the garage and the outdoor patio. The location is perfectly located as we were able to walk to the beach. There is a small grocery store at the end of the block for any essentials.

Overall, our sray was great! Home is beautiful, but has outdated furniture and carpet in the bedroom. Also needs lighting in the backyard. However, private pool is awesome!

Great house! Plenty of space for our group of six and a quick walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. We had everything needed, although a bit of updating (upstairs carpet, front door lock sticks, etc.) would have enhanced the stay even more. Nice heated pool and hot tub were an enjoyable ending to the days of sun, beach and ocean. SPI Rentals always has superior customer service. Easy, reliable and efficient. We had a great time. House is about a block away from the beach. Walking distance to the Island Market grocery/convenience store, Cafe Karma coffee shop, and Breaking Bread Burrito Express. Ground floor is garage, and a separate not as nice bedroom with bunk beds and a queen bed with a toilet. 2nd story is Kitchen, living room/dining area. 2 queen bedrooms with full bathroom in the middle of rooms.3rd story is large master room, with a king bed and a smaller bed with large bathroom with full tub and a walk in shower.

The house was lovely. I do recommend cleaning or throwing iron in master bedroom. It was staining clothes with orange stains. I would also recommend putting trash bags in the kitchen. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would recommend.
