Spacious Family-Ready Home: walk to beach! Private Pool, Hot Tub, Game Room


  • Escape to Beach Breeze SPI! This spacious coastal retreat is just steps from the sand. Relax in your private pool and hot tub, or enjoy the massive game room with ping pong, arcade games, and more. Optional pool heating is available October through April for $45 per night and must be purchased for the entire stay. Sip coffee on the wrap-around porch before heading to the shore with our provided beach gear. With a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a BBQ patio, it’s the perfect home base for families and friends. Walk to top dining and nightlife!

    PARKING: There are 6 parking spots in the driveway (includes cars, golf carts, trailers, recreational vehicles, etc.). Over-sized vehicles must have prior approval.

    KEYS & SECURITY: This property has a smart lock on the front door. You will receive a unique access code that will be active for the duration of your stay. Simply enter your unique door code and all guests will be able to enter and leave as they please. We also have a front-door and outdoor security camera monitoring the driveway and front door of the home for security.

The customer service was wonderful!!! We had some issues with the keypad on entry and the hot tub, but the owner fixed the situation ASAP. Really nice house!!! We would rent this location again.
