The great room and master bedroom feature a wall of windows and sliding glass doors that lead out to the 26 foot balcony. Here you will enjoy watching the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful sunrises that await you daily! The balcony is the perfect place to start your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee or to relax with a margarita at the end of a day on the beach!

This recently renovated condo has been lovingly decorated. The great room features plenty of seating for your group with a sleeper sofa, love seat and a recliner. You will enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf from the comforts of the sofa while you enjoy the SMART TV with Cable and HBO! Wireless internet is provided.

While preparing your daily meals in the fully equipped kitchen with modern granite counter tops you will be able to enjoy the breathtaking views of the ocean out the great room's wall of windows! There is seating at the kitchen bar for a quick bite to eat and then formal seating for 6 at the dining room table. For a perfect start of your day, the condo features a Keurig coffee maker.

There are two bedrooms and two baths in the condo. If you choose to lounge in bed for a late relaxing morning, you will enjoy watching the ocean out of every window in the master suite which features a king size bed and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom features a queen and a twin bed, and it has direct access to the hall bathroom. The Master bedroom comes with a Smart TV and the guest bedroom has an LCD TV.

After a fun day on the beach, you can relax in the evening and enjoy the beach and Gulf from your front balcony! The views can't be beat at this South Padre Island Condo. Great location and property!

Everything was as advertised. The unit was clean and well equipped. Location is really great and central to restaurants and shops. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the views and sounds of the Gulf.

I Wish We Could Have Stayed Longer!

The condo property felt very secure with a gated entry. The condo had a breath taking view, and was clean and well stocked. We had a relaxing and fun weekend here and anticipate coming back in the near future!

The property was very well-maintained and steps away from the beach. Lovely ocean view from a ample sized balcony. New appliances, and recently renovated bathrooms. Also, the Decor had a very nice beach vibe!

Great location

This was a wonderful property in a great location. Ease of getting in and out was great! There were a couple things missing that we supplied including Kleenex, paper towels and a sponge to wash dishes. However, accommodations were great!

Great View

I made this reservation the day I was going to South Padre. Soila from Seabreeze made it easy for me to book last minute with no issues. The condo was perfect for my family and the vies from our condo was amazing. We have stayed in Padre many times but will be returning to Seabreeze due to Soila. Again many thanks to Soila as I make many last minute vacations and she made this one very easy.

Oceanview Condo

Was good except for irritating omissions. Laundry but no laundry detergent. Not even for one small load, Same for condiments etc. A few bucks spent would have gone a long way. Hot tub was cold on arrival. Subsequently became a warmer tub but never hot Pool was cold for entire stay and unusable,

Definitely will be staying here again!

I really like that the builduing is small so less people, also that it's super super close to the beach you don't have to walk through a whole resort which feels like is blocks and blocks away, in Seabreeze I you go downstairs, walk a few steps and you're already touching the sand. Also love that the pool and jacuzzi is not jam packed and that there's a rule that you can't have music on a speaker to don't disturb the other guests.Regarding the condo per se, we likedi it, it's super comfortable, it has almost everything you need to cook (missing a wine opener, ice cream spoon, pizza tray), its kind of renovated but yet feels cozy not like super modern kind of cold.The only thing that would be really nice is that if Seabreeze I could renew the luggage carts because the ones they have are super old and need an update. Also if they could add a ramp to each entry of the builduing so discharging everything from the car isn't such a hustle, for example a ramp by the office entrance, and another ramp at the right side of the builduing (where there's a side parking lot for some of the condos including condo 203), beacuse everytime we had to unload the SUV we had to bring it to the left side of the builduing where the ramp is and carry the luggage cart all the way through it and back over and over again until we were done.

FABULOUS

My husband and I absolutely loved everything about space, location, close to water and the balcony was huge and comfortable as was everything else. The property manager was wonderful and it was also very quite (except the ocean) which was exactly what we both wanted. THANK YOU!!!!!

Beautiful ocean front property with one assigned parking spot. Comfortable beds, large patio with slider doors for great views, private laundry, coffee pot and keurig, modern appliances. TV in each bedroom with internet, cable and dvd choices. Heated pool and hot tub well maintained. Very clean only a few minor maintenance suggestions: paint entrance door and replace old toilet seat.

Beautifully decorated & super convenient

This beautiful decorated condo was right on the beach- we loved the convenience! The second story unit is directly over the pool area which was cleaned every am! The kitchen has everything we needed to cook & eat our meals. The designated parking spot was on the side across from the public access parking- this was a problem for our large truck to get into but they helped us find another spot for our stay! Great place!

Lovely couples get away.

We came to SPI for a quick couples getaway: the hubs did some kiteboarding with Jeff at Air Padre and I just enjoyed the balcony and the beach view. I also enjoyed the sea turtle rescue and the nature center... very cool! The condo was perfect in location and comfort! We even enjoyed the super storm that came through and kept us inside all day. Bed was super comfy and the shower was great!

Couldn't ask for anything more

Our family that includes 8 year old twin girls, a 13 year old daughter and her friend stayed in this condo for spring break. The weather wasn't what we wanted, but we have no complaints about the condo. We've stayed in many waterfront properties, and they tend to be musty/mildewy, but these felt clean, modern and comfortable. They don't allow spring breakers, so it was a great place for the family. Previous guests have left beach supplies and we also contributed to the supply. The kitchen was full of every utensil, pot, pan, and bowl that you could ask for. I would recommend this to any family looking for a clean, safe place. It felt like a home away from home.
