Step out to the balcony and be greeted by breathtaking ocean views or fireworks during the summer. This open concept living area features an over size couch, flat-screen smart TV, and wet bar with a 2 zone wine cooler Enjoy family dinner at the large dining table.

Fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, and kitchen island.

Fall in love with the panoramic views of the Island, or relax to the calming sound of waves.

When the kids get tired, take them into the bedroom and tuck them into one of the queen beds or the twin-over-twin bunk bed. Parents can retreat to the master bedroom, featuring a plush king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and flat-screen smart TV.

During your stay, you'll enjoy access to the deluxe amenities, including hot tub, large charcoal grill, game room, shuffleboard table and darts. The house will also include beach chairs, beach towels, a wagon, cooler, and a pack 'n play for the kids.

This property is situated in the heart of South Padre Island close to shops, restaurants, activities, and the beach. There is no limit to the fun you can have here!

For souvenirs of your trip, all you have to do is cross the street to peruse the beach shops! Blue Marlin Grocery store is just a quick 2 minute drive.

Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV's, dart board game, game room, shuffleboard table, heated pool, hot tub, charcoal grill; beach chairs, wagon, pack ‘n play, and much more. A small welcome package is provided which includes 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash can liner in each trash can, liquid hand soap by each sink, liquid dish soap in the kitchen and 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

Our beach home is a pet-friendly, family vacation rental. The traveler securing the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. For Spring Break / Semana Santa all rental guests must comply with a families only restriction. *We strongly encourage you purchase trip cancellation insurance.*

LOVED this stay! Location was excellent, about a 5 min walk straight to the ocean. Lots to do around the property, but we mostly stayed in the house because it was so nice! Very large, we accommodated 13 people easily and still managed to lose people now and again because it was so large. Pool was excellent, and the game room downstairs was very fun. We had an issue with the wifi and someone came and fixed it as soon as they could, would definitely recommend! We are already planning on when we can stay here again.

WI Family Fun in the Island Sun

This place is not what it looks like online...its even better in person!! BEAUTFUL house with great location. The view of the ocean on the second deck was amazing- favorite morning coffee spot! Great place for a whole family to stay, so much for all ages to do...highly recommend!

Repeat Spring Break Trip to Salty Times

Second trip to Salty Times for our three family, group of 12. Still great location, pool and spa. We were even lucky enough to have a pool table added to the game room during our stay. Will definitely look to return in the future.

Very nice large house

We really like the house and the location. This was our 3rd trip to SPI for spring break with the family. This was the best house so far. Pool was warm and the hot tub was hot. Short walk to the beach. Thanks

Perfect location / House with Big Familys

Property was located in perfect area right next to the beach and the stay could not have been better. We had several baby's and several people and we all agreed this was the best House we have rented in South Padre! Will definitely be using them again!

Excellent stay and facilities

This house is extremely nice and was oh, so clean when we arrived. Everything was as described. Kitchen perfectly stocked with necessities to cook meals. Some of the beds and mattresses need a little TLC (master bed supports needed some tightening) and the bunks were not as comfy for adult guests, but we managed. Would finely stay here again

Wonderful Getaway

Our family enjoyed our stay at the “Salty Water” house. It’s spacious, and in a great location close to beach, restaurants and shopping. We had a couple of windy, cooler days, but the pool, hot tub and game room provided fun alternatives to our “beach days”.

The property is at an excellent location. Short walk to beach and down town activities. Was nervous to stay during spring break but other than it being a little loud at night it was no problem at all. This property is perfect and has everything you need for your stay.

Great Location

This was a great place to stay with everything one needs for a trip. The walk to the beach was short and no traffic. The rooms were nice, the place was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. The property manager was very responsive as well. I have already recommended this location to a few others.

Fantastic Group Vacation Home

The property is in a perfect location, just one block from the beach. Within walking distance of any type of store or restaurant you could want to try. Property managers were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Will definitely be saving this location for a return trip!

The perfect family vacation

Our family of 10 had such a great stay at this beautiful home! The pool and hot tub were the perfect temperature. No need to pack pool toys or floaties for the littles as there were plenty! The kitchen was stocked with any gadget and appliance you could think of. The commercial ice machine was amazing. Lots of folding chairs, beach toys, a couple of wagons and a huge cooler available to use. There was tons of room to spread out yet the main living area and game room was large enough for us all to enjoy together. Thank you so much we will be back!

Perfect place for large group.

We all had a wonderful time. “Salty Times” was a great house for our family and met all of our needs. Everyone loved it. The only hiccup was a little difficulty getting the lock box open for the key. Resolved fairly quickly, so really no big deal.

Salty Times stay

This house is exactly as represented online. Great space for for families or groups. Large rooms, plenty of bathrooms. So close to the beach access. We had fun in the game room. The Living room sectional is big enough for everyone and so comfy. Everyone said their bed was comfortable. The Kitchen has every dish, glass or utensil you could ever need.

Loved our stay at Salty Times!

The house was just as beautiful as the pictures depicted. The weather during our stay wasn't very warm, but the heated pool and hot tub were a great way to enjoy the outdoors with our children and grandchildren. Salty Times location is so convenient for walking to multiple restaurants, stores and the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the management staff to be very responsive and timely in replying to our questions. We would highly recommend this property to other families!

Girls trip

House was very clean. Wish there was a book of instructions on various items, like the pool and hot tub. It wasn’t supplied with very much. Thought there would be a little more supplies. Overall was a very nice house but instuctions and some basic supplies would have madeIt over the top.
