Look no further for your ultimate vacation dream home! This luxury custom-built home offers bay and beach views from 2nd and 3rd floor balconies, a heated private pool, a hot tub, 6 bedrooms, 6 full baths, and spacious accommodations for 20 guests. The Pearl House SPI is just steps away from the beach and SPI’s entertainment district.

We do not live near the home, but are available anytime to answer questions via messaging or a phone call. The maintenance manager lives in the nearby town of Brownsville and can usually be onsite within 2 hrs.

When you book, the entire 3 story home is available for use!
