This nice two story house located in the middle part of South Padre very close to several restaurants and shops would be perfect for a large family. The house is comprised of two bedrooms upstairs with a living room and kitchen. The downstairs has one bedroom with a kitchen area and access to the backyard and garage. A swimming pool has been recently added with a hot tub to relax after a long day at the beach. Come and enjoy this jewel on South Padre Island. The house is within a five to ten minute walk to the nearest beach access.

The house was As Advertised and a great place to entertain our 4 generation family.The new pool was a great addition.The host was responsive, through Island Services, and made it easy for us to gather at the house with no micromanaging.

Stayed 7 nights in Dec 2025
