Weekend was very good and the property was very nice. The rooms were comfortable all with their own bathroom which was nice for the couples. Bahia Mar is a nice safe and quiet property with very good maintenance. The pools at Bahia Mar were clean and well maintained. Beach access is simple. We chose because of the pet friendly condo but the resort is also dog friendly. Overall a very nice stay.

Family Vacation Spot

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Villa. We had 10 people under one roof which was great. We enjoyed the private pool which our little one had fun in. Everything was clean and comfortable. We loved that we all had our own bathroom and privacy. Pet friendly which made our trip so worth it. The villa was perfect!

Wonderful condo to host a large family!

Lourdes was a wonderful host. Very prompt with any questions I had. The condo was spacious for our family of 10 and everyone felt at home. We loved having our very own pool for the days we stayed as well, which kept the kids very entertained. Will definitely look for this condo to stay at again when visiting SPI!

All in one spot

Great location and close to all outside of condo complex and within. Only stayed for 1 night as a celebration for family members graduation but it was perfect for our plans. Grilled steaks on the pits that were close to unit. Pool on site was very convenient for late night dip, with the condo common pool also xlosel located. Beach and private board walk was also super close. My only reason for lower star was that I saw a roach in kitchen and there was no available spray to kill it.

Winter Texans

Overall this place is GREAT! My fiancé and I, and our Weimaraner, were first time snow birds from Nebraska and stayed at this condo for 7 weeks. It is newly remodeled which is nice, and every bedroom has it's own ensuite bath. We did have a few rounds of guests who visited/stayed with us, and they were all very comfortable. The location of the complex is also excellent. Beach is a 2 minute walk, and being on the north side of the island is much quieter and less busy. We will most likely book this again for next winter!

Month stay…

Stayed for a month and were very happy with the unit. Clean & spacious. Upon arrival we noticed the floors and pool are were not clean but a message to the host cleared that up. No TP in any of the 5 bathrooms but luckily we had our own. Missing hairdryers but again another message & it was addresses immediately. The owner was really on top of things if we needed it. We did try to rent for next year but already taken. The unit was very spacious and the grounds were well kept. Very close to all things and would definitely recommend it to those needing a group space as each room had its own bathroom. Definitely a plus!!
