Half Block to the Beach Sea la Vie, Sleeps 6
Just 2 minutes from the best beach in Texas! This adorable 1 bedroom, 1 bath will sleep 5 with a queen bed, twin bunk beds and a sofa sleeper. You will have everything you need for you home at the beach, full kitchen with all necessities, utensils, microwave, dishwasher, pots & pans, coffee maker, blender, toaster, an assortment of spices and more! We will provide all linens and towels, soaps and shampoos, paper towels, extra toilet paper, trash bags, makeup towels as well as beach towels and even beach chairs! Stairs are required to get to the second floor. 1 Assigned parking spot. Only half a block to the beach access. Two small dogs allowed with $100/dog cleaning fee. NO POOL AT THIS COMPLEX.
IMPORTANT: You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we DO NOT work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be taken care of the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a person’s life, please call 911.

The owners of Sea La Vie welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.
1. Parking ~ is limited to 1 vehicle. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense.
2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 5 people. There must be at least one adult 21 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.
3. Pets ~ We accept 2 small dogs with a non-refundable cleaning fee of $100/per dog. Access to property will not be permitted until payment is collected. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.
4. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.
5. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed of in the green/blue cans located on the sides of the building or a dumpster. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.
6. Pool ~ Sorry, no pool in this complex.
7. BBQ ~ BBQ pit is not included.
8. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.
Important: All our vacation properties come with a "starter kit" including several items such as hotel style soaps, shampoo, dishwashing soap, new sponge, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Once these items are gone, please visit the local supermarket to replenish your needs.
Note: The owners of this property will allow Spring Breakers under the strict rules of the premises. Break the rules and be evicted without a refund.
Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.
The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.
Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.
Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.
Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.
Cancellations for nightly reservations will receive a 96% refund if they are made more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Please note that a service fee of $25 will also be charged for all cancellations, regardless of the timing. There will be no refund if the cancellation comes is made. This policy does not extend to bookings that are eligible for monthly discounts.

If possible, we would appreciate it if you could let us know if you check out earlier than 10am.

Great stay
We had a great time staying at Sea La Vie! The place is just like the pictures, lots of areas for storing your items, hanging wet bathing suits and towels, fully stocked kitchen. With in walking distance to the beach, close access to restaurants and shops. Rod and Rosa were very attentive and took care of a smoke alarm beeping upon our check-in. We will definitely keep this place in mind for when we visit SPI again.

Inviting and comfortable
This condo is in an excellent location. The walk to the beach is about 3 minutes away. It is also within walking distance to shopping and eateries. The condo itself is cozy and very comfortable. Everything you need is provided for you from a well equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining area with TV, and a comfortable bedroom also with a TV. The bathroom has all the necessities needed especially extra towels. Overall, the accommodations provided are excellent. Thank you Rod & Rosa for providing such detailed necessities for a comfortable and inviting stay and for communicating throughout our stay.
