Embark on an amazing stay in a truly special place! Our fully stocked and well appointed 9th floor condo has GORGEOUS wrap around panoramic views of the gulf. Our unit faces E and SE, and has a direct view of the Space X launch site as well! The building is 24 hour staffed, and has a resort style pool, hot tub, bbqs, picnic tables, sauna, private beach access, fitness room, outside shower, coin op laundry, and gated secure parking. Enjoy a short walk to the entertainment district, restaurants, shops, and more!

We feel that allowing our guests to choose their mattress firmness level ensures the most comfortable sleep. Because of this we have two different queen mattresses. We have a Sealy Posture-Pedic medium firm mattress in the bedroom closer to the entry door. That bed is generally more comfy for back sleepers and heavier individuals. The mattress in the bedroom with the balcony is a Serta Plush mattress, and is a bit on the softer side. This works well for side sleepers, lighter individuals, or anyone who prefers a softer mattress.

The living room features a Samsung "The Frame" 4k tv. Enjoy 2,500+ new and classic pieces of art from world-famous galleries, or your favorite movies and shows, while you gaze out into the sandy beaches and breaking waves down below.

The bathroom is equipped with a bluetooth speaker exhaust fan. Sync up and enjoy your favorite podcasts or music while you freshen up.

There are two leather power reclining chairs and a leather sofa in the living room. Together they provide seating for four. The dining table seats 4, and there are also 3 bar stools at the bar.

The kitchen features a Nespresso coffee and espresso maker. We provide four pods for your stay. We also provide premium Hex Clad pots and pans for a superior and healthier non-stick cooking experience. All of the kitchen drawers feature soft close hinges.

There is a compacting mop with bucket and compacting broom under the sink for your cleaning needs while at the property.
