Family-Oriented, Affordable, Spacious 2 Bedroom Units

Terra Mar units B (downstairs) and D (upstairs) are two units of a 4-plex located one block from the beach. This listing is for Unit D (Upstairs). Each unit is 1100 sq. ft. with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds, and there are two roll away twin beds. We do allow up to 10 guests but only provide bedding and linens for 6 occupants.

Each unit is equipped with a refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, dishes and kitchen utensils. Each has a washer, dryer, cable TV and WIFI. Unit B has a small, enclosed back yard with a grill, and unit D has a front and back balcony with a grill.

Family beach vacation

Nice place to relax at the beach. Walking distance to the beach (5 mins) and very close to wanna wanna beach bar which they have very good drinks and nice atmosphere.

It was so fun!

Everything was great but since the island experienced a water leak and the water was shut off the washer was not functioning the way it should but the family really enjoyed the stay and we are definitely coming back! Thanks a bunch!

The property was great. We loved our stay!! The beach is very close by. The only issue we had was the rug in the living room was very dirty. It looked clean (vacuumed) but it needs to be washed. FYI, they do not provide more than one roll of toilet paper per restroom or extra trash bags. Its a great place and will definitely rent from.them again!!

Beautiful 5 minute walk to the beach.

The beach is half a block away. The property comes with everything you could need. Peaceful and private. I would definitely stay again.

This was the perfect spot...great location...walking distance from the beach...kitchen is stocked with all necessities...loved the back patio The only problem I had was the cleanliness of it. There was a small Roach in the closet, it was dusty, & the bathrooms weren't cleaned well.

Great family vacation

This rental is convenient, comfortable, and has all that you need for a couple days stay. The beach access was very close (4-5 mins walk). We had a great time and definitely will use it again.

Great Stay

I really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and nice. More pots and pans than you could ever need. I would recommend bringing spices if you will use them and extra toilet paper, paper towels and possibly even trash bags if you stay more than 4 days. We had just enough for our stay. I can’t wait to come again.
