No SPRING BREAKERS DURING THE MONTH OF MARCH. Thank you for considering our place. We would love to host you and your family & friends. If you don't want to deal with upstairs noise and enjoy an early morning cup of coffee with a peekaboo view of the beautiful ocean or a drink overlooking the pool from the balcony, then you've come to the right place. Our property is also listed on a different platform with 5 star reviews.
Walking distance to Dollar General and Blackbeard's restaurant. Our condo is a family friendly 2BD/2BA unit with pool shared with only 3 units. No smoking/vaping allowed. *NO SPRING BREAKERS*
Person that is booking must be 25 years or older to book and must be staying at the unit. Guest must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Perfect location within walking distance to the beach (close enough to run back and forth if something is forgotten). Dining and shopping also within walking distance.
Ceramic tiled floors and granite countertops. Fully equipped kitchen for 6 people to cook a nice meal (crock pot & blender too). Master bedroom with King size bed & desk, private bath/tub shower, Roku T.V. and a balcony over looking the pool (if you’re lucky you might see some fireworks). Second bedroom has a Queen size bed. Living room has a Queen size sofa sleeper and Roku T.V. Washer/dryer, WIFI, shared pool access (with only 3 units). Shared BBQ pit.

Our condo is perfect for a short or long term getaway. Families, friends, couples or solo travelers welcome! *sorry no pets allowed* Free tandem parking for two vehicles. On day of check-in you will be given access code for the front door. Walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Price includes SPI Hotel/Motel Tax. Unit is located on 2nd floor; no elevator. No smoking/drugs/vaping allowed.

Very nice condo

The condo had everything we needed. AC worked great in the living room and master bedroom. My mother said the guest bedroom was a little warm at night but the room had a tower fan that they used. Other then that it’s a great condo, great location. Walking distance to the beach and Dollar General. The only thing I didn’t like was the swimming pool water was warm. Not cold at all.

Property very clean. Beds comfortable. 5 min walk to beach. Close to food and activities. Pictures dont do home justice. Beautiful home. Def will stay again. Wifi does cut off at certain time.

Condo was very beautiful and well kept like always. Condo is very well equiped, including with beach accessories. This was my second time my family and I have stayed at this condo, and we have enjoyed it very much. Sarah was always a text/call away to answer any questions during our stay. Perfect for a family of four!

We loved this condo. The pictures don't due it justice. Very spacious and only 2-3 minute walk from the beach. All of the beds were very comfortable, including the pull-out couch (according to my 11 yr old). We enjoyed the grill and pool as well. The washer and dryer is a must have for a beach vacation. We walked to Blackbeards for lunch and Dolce's for ice cream. We'll be back!

Perfect South Padre location for enjoying beach activities

One of the most comfortable and well appointed condos we have enjoyed! The living space was organized with functionality and comfort in mind. Ideally located for so many fun activities. Just a couple minutes walk to the beach and a short drive to the SPI bird center. Many options for meals from eat-in using local provisions prepared in the fully stocked kitchen to excellent carry out. The place was spotless when we arrived and the beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed beach walking, the dolphins, turtle rehab, birding and hiking. We only used the pool area once, as not warm enough to swim. It was still very nice to lounge outside poolside or in the space just outside the primary bedroom. Highly recommend!

Weekend Getaway

My stay was absolutely a great one. Sara was very.prompt in responding to.emails and messages. The pictures definitely do.capture the condo. I stayed in the first.couple of.nights it was very cozy, just like being at home but knowing u r only a few feet away.from the beach. The condo came very.well stocked with all your must haves in the kitchen. The king size bed was veRY comfortable. The patio door.letting.out to the balcony.overlooking the pool was nice. The location was private not loud definitely recommend for a family with children.or even for a weekend couple getaway. The last night I was there I explored the night life at SPI, only minutes away from Louis's backyard. Call a cab and u r there. I.will be staying here again and have recommended this condo to family and friends

Condo was exactly as describe

Love the condo, it was exactly as described. The only negative is due to it being a shared unit, the neighbors was not inclined to abide by the rules. They were at the shared pool till at least midnight; very loud. Other than that, I absolutely loved staying at this condo. The location to the beach, the Dollar General and Blackbeards restaurant was in walking distance which was one of the BIG positives. The owner was very prompt on answering texts. We had 4 adults and no kids on our stay so we didn't use any of the beach essentials which I thought was very thoughtful of the owner to provide. I highly recommend stay at this condo

I booked this place based off of the reviews here, and oh my goodness they were not only right, but everything exceeded what already sounded good! The property was beautiful, clean, fully stocked, and in such a convenient location! Reni was such a great host! So sweet, on top of things and really made us feel welcome! We cannot wait to come back year after year and stay at this wonderful property!

True Gem

Condo surpassed my expectations. It is a beautiful place. Very clean. Walking distance to the beach, and to a Dollar General. Most everything is supplied, and/or available for use during time of stay. Communication between myself and the owner was terrific. I felt welcomed. Everything is well laid out in their instruction book. I’d definitely recommend this place.
