Come enjoy the incredible views that await you from every window in this beautiful oceanfront condo! The great room and master bedroom feature a wall of windows and sliding glass doors that lead out to the 26 foot balcony. Here you will enjoy watching the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful sunrises that await you daily! The balcony is the perfect place to start your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee or to relax with a margarita at the end of a day on the beach!

This tastefully decorated condo has a great room, which features plenty of seating for a group of 6 with a sofa and a love seat (1 is a sleeper sofa)! You will enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf and the beach from the comforts of the sofa while you enjoy the LCD Cable TV with HBO! There is also a DVD player if you plan to rent or bring movies with you. Wireless internet is provided. You will love this well-appointed home with its comfortable furnishings and modern touches.

While preparing your daily meals in the fully equipped kitchen that was recently beautifully renovated with granite counter tops and modern cabinetry, you will be able to enjoy the breathtaking views of the ocean out the great room's wall of windows! There is seating at the kitchen bar for a quick bite to eat and seating for 6 at the dining room table. This Luxurious condo features a regular coffee maker.

There are two bedrooms and two baths in the condo. If you choose to lounge in bed for a late relaxing morning you will enjoy watching the ocean out of every window in the master suite which features a king size bed with brand new Memory Foam Mattress and a private bathroom. As you get ready each morning in the en suite bath you will be surrounded with luxury as it was completely renovated in Carrera Marble. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed and it has direct access to the hall bathroom. Both bedrooms come with LCD TVs.

After a fun day on the beach, you can relax in the evening and enjoy the beach and Gulf from your front balcony or from the balcony off the back side of the condo you can watch the sunset over the Laguna Madre! The views can't be beat at this South Padre Island Condo. Seabreeze 1 Condominiums have beautifully landscaped grounds with a heated pool and hot tub for your enjoyment! Would highly recommend this property. Staff was very helpful, courteous and always present. Location was convenient to shopping and restaurants. Pool & hot tub were very nice, clean and well maintained. Great view of the beach!

Everything we expected and more. Super clean , grounds well maintained. The curtains were difficult to close ( take clothespins) if you like to sleep late. Side by side refrigerator/freezer was great. Walking distance to Blackbeard’s restaurant and gelato store . Take your own blender if you are a smoothie person( blender not strong enough.). There are beach chairs , noodles & games. Would come back. Amazing view and so close to the ocean. My husband would of liked better deck furniture however I liked it and was comfortable. Full size washer&dryer.

This 28 unit building is the perfect size. You feel welcome, safe, comfortable and so relaxed. The office staff is top rate. The units are spacious with well appointed kitchens. I highly recommend this place.

Perfect getaway

Great little get away. I wanted a place where I could hear the ocean when we went to sleep and that’s exactly what we got. Beautiful view. The only negative, which has nothing to do with the unit, was that the door to the entire place, which requires a code to get into, was not working properly. That made it a little difficult to enter a few times. Other than that the host provided us with some great suggestions on where to eat and what to do. Had a great time.

The process to rent the property was very easy. The property needs maintenance and the cleaning was terrible, hairs in bathrooms, hairs in bed, food stains in kitchen and silverware and generally dusted.
