The property is 3 min walking to the beach, you get everything you need in the house, it has beautiful private pool and Jacuzzi, we enjoyed our time here.

Great place!

We had a great stay in SPI. There were some minor inconveniences with the washer and dryer and a little bit of poor communication with the owner regarding the inconveniences but everything was taken care of! It was a great neighborhood and we had a wonderful time! We will definitely be coming back.

Great location!

Great house and location. But most importantly, Laura was very responsive. We definitely would book again. The house was clean, pool and hot tub were clean. The kitchen was stocked with basics but you will need to bring your own spices and foil if you’re cooking. The location is great!!! The beach access is across the street. They have 2 decent beach chairs we used.

House was nice. Very good location, across the street from the beach. The house needs some updating. The dishwasher cleans on the most powerful setting only. Other small things that need repair, updating. Overall, house was good. We would pick it again.

Townhouse Delight

This year marks the second year that i lost one of my adult children and every year since my children were young we take a family trip to the island. Now is more important to me to continue that tradition. Although the important part of the house was on the second floor the stairs were quite manageable even for this 61 year old grandma….lol. The privacy of the pool was the deciding factor of renting this townhouse and it didn’t disappoint. Pool was crystal clean and clear. Access to beach was right across the street. Accommodates a large family like ours and we had a great time. Anyone looking for a spacious, clean house this is the one for your family.

The house was very nice, spacious, had alot of amenities. Smells fresh, very close to the beach, AC works great, everything we needed was available at the house. Only issue we had was the internet connecting to watch TV/Apps. But that was not a big deal as we were gone majority of the time. I would definitely rent again, and recommend to others.
