Beachfront 1bd Condo-Huge Balcony Looking Directly at Beach

Enjoy the sunrise over the beach and watch as the dolphins play in the morning surf. In the afternoon, watch the sunset over the entire island from your 9th floor balcony.

The bedroom features a queen bed with a new firm pillow top mattress covered in Egyptian cotton sheets. The queen bed is slightly raised for under bed luggage storage. In the living room, enjoy 2 Sofa sleepers. The full size kitchen is fully stocked. All kitchen items are monitored and replaced as needed.

Free parking and Free WIFI. The router is in the bedroom and the name and password are on teh back of the router. The cable TV is provided by the building.

Cleaning procedures
- All linen, duvets, towels, bedding, pillows, etc are removed from the condo and not used for about a week. We have 2 sets of everything. All sheets are washed with Clorox and use high heat washing and drying for sanitizing. Because of health reasons, extra linen is not provided or left in the condo. Please let us know if you will need linen for the fold-out couches before arrival.


Check in - When you arrive, come to the front desk in the middle of the building. For after hours, you can call the phone number on the front of the office and they can come check you in. Or you can proceed to your room and get you checkin in the morning. They will give you a parking pass and fobs key for access to the parking garage.


Guests responsibility - If you get sick from COVID before, during or after your stay, please let me know so we can all take precautions. You are encouraged to follow CDC guidelines.

Owner Responsibility - I live 2 blocks from the condo. If you need anything before or during your stay, please contact me and I can bring it over.

Perfect beach vacation!

We love this condo - this was our second year staying here. The view of the ocean, access to the beach, proximity to the bird & turtle sanctuary, all incredible benefits. The parking garage with guaranteed parking makes travel to multiple restaurants easy. The tidy in-house kitchen and near-by Blue Marlin market make eating in a delightful option. Thank you again to our very helpful host! We will likely return again next year.

Beautiful Views

My wife and I stayed at the end of August and the Beache & location was awesome. The beaches, condo and town were everything and more of what we expected - definitely going to go back. For only being a one bedroom the Condo has a great layout which provides plenty of room for a mid-size family or a couple couples. Would recommend this location to anyone!!

Nice beach trip

The check in process was easy, as was parking. There are two elevators to make it simple to get to the condo. We were on the beach in no time with the beach access. We did not use the pool or hot tub. The condo could use some paint/updating, but we had everything we needed and were comfortable.

Outstanding beach stay

Bright, homey & very comfortable condo. Entire building shows its age and wear from being right on the beach but all appliances work great, shower was great, bed & furniture - indoor & out - all very comfortable. Can't beat the view. We love this spot.

most amazing balcony ever

Love the property and the security that comes with it. Very well lit for those walks home from the Wana Wana which is not far. Pools and hot tubs amazing. Staff is exceptional

Another Perfect Vacation

Another trip has come and gone and this time was just as perfect as the others. The condo was amazing with everything we needed to make it feel like our second home and the views from the balcony are breathtaking. I think this is our 3rd time here and this was by far our best time yet. Already booked our next stay and can’t hardly wait for it to arrive.

Can’t Beat The View

Can’t beat the view of this property. Could use a fresh coat of paint but overall it was ok. The bath needs to be updated, especially the sink cabinet. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hosts food recommendations were awesome.

Amazing View

We had a great September stay at this property. We appreciate the small details like ice already made and coffee filters available. Everything was easy to manage, clean, and comfortable. The view was breathtaking - especially at sunrise.

Great beach

Wonderful balcony and great beach. Clean and very well equipped and comfortable unit. Some issues with building ( pool closed for repairs, some excess water in parking garage). Owner was friendly and very helpful.

Week at South Padre Island

Our host carol was absolutely amazing. The description of the property was perfect. The condo was right on the beach which made access to and from the beach very easy. The Oceanside deck provided beautiful views and perfect sounds/temperatures. We will definitely be returning.

Sea Vacation

The Island is a beautiful way to watch sun rises and sunsets. This particular condo building had elevator issues ,with both elevators, but thankful not at the same time. That being said ,the staff was nice and the whole vacation was very relaxing. .

Still Perfect

This was our 3rd time staying here and have already booked our return trip. The views from the balcony are amazing and we even got to see a couple of dolphins for the first time. It was unbelievable.

Much needed relaxing stay

My husband and I stayed here for a week and it was everything we hoped it would be. The pictures don't give that view from the balcony justice! The host was wonderful to communicate with, the property was clean and had everything we needed. Honestly, we spent most of the time soaking in the view and the breeze on the balcony. We also did a helicopter tour of the beach at the suggestion of our host and it was incredible, so thank you for that. We couldn't have asked for a better place to get away from it all and just relax.

Family trip

Incredible views, huge balcony with lots of seating. My children (10,12,14) opted to just sleep on the couches rather than pull them out into beds. Owners were very responsive & friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Full sized closet to hang up clothes & a 6 drawer dresser. Bed was very comfortable.

Holiday Vacation in SPI

Condo was as advertised. Great as pet is allowed. Owner responded quickly when we had an issue with dishwasher. If you are considering this condo, would recommend. Just make sure you check-in during when office is open.

Amazing Again

Another vacation has come and gone and yet again everything was perfect. The high tides put a bit of a damper on us spending much time on the beach but we found plenty of other activities to make this trip a memorable one. Probably the most fun we had on the trip was a new business called Sand Monsters on the north end of the island. We got to drive ATVs out in the dunes and even on a race track. It was so much fun we did it twice. Now is the hard part of waiting the 6 months till we return.

2025 Vacay

Really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen and bathroom were stocked well and the bed was comfortable. The listing needs to be updated as it still talked about Covid restrictions. The dryer on our floor has been out of order since last summer so had to travel to other floors to do the laundry. Some floors don’t even have a washer or dryer. The hot tub on the north side wasn’t very warm and the picture on the listing is not accurate. But all in all was a good vacay. We would consider staying there again.

Nice Condo

The actual Condo was very nice and provided a great view and home base for our vacation on the island. Owner was very quick to take care of issues and change out towels when needed. The building is still struggling with maintenance, this was our second year in a row where one of the elevators was out of service for the our entire stay there and this lead to crowded elevators and long waits.

Wonderful location!

The property had everything we needed, large balcony overlooking the gulf, it’s not fancy but again, we were fine with that. My only recommendation to the owner would be to maybe get some better sheets for the bed, but we had plenty of towels, the kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of kitchenware. Carol was responsive right away when we had a question about the Wi-Fi. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Beach View!

My husband and I stayed here last minute due to our Cancun trip (for our 20th anniversary) being cancelled due to a hurricane. The condo was cute, well equipped for our needs and the view was breath-taking!! The only issues we had were with the complex/building as they only had one operating elevator (the other was broke) and since this condo was on the 9th floor that made things a bit frustrating and there was NO restroom at the pool which was on the 3rd level which was quite strange. Then on our last day, the building lost power at 6:30am but thankfully they had a generator to run the elevator so that we could check out on time. We would definitely return as the building issues weren't the hosts fault.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay overall. The condo is in a great location. It’s right in the middle of Clayton’s and turtles, and the restaurants on the opposite side. The beach was super quiet and clean. The parking is gated which really gave me peace of mind. The room was good. The bathroom vent damn could have used a scrub with some vinegar and bleach as it looked a tad moldy. The bathroom cabinet had marks that could’ve been touched up. The outside patio light and the living room TV did not work which I can only assume is an electrical issue within the building. I didn’t come to watch TV so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall it was really enjoyable.
