219 W. Atol Unit 3 is a BAYFRONT beauty you must see! With 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, the property accommodates up to 14 guests comfortably. Sit back and relax in the second story deck that overlooks miles and miles of the Laguna Madre Bay! Guests can fish right off the deck in the back day or night, or use the boat slip for a stress free day out on the water!

The 1st floor open concept kitchen, living, and dining area are surrounded by windows looking out onto the beautiful bay! Cook delicious, island-themed meals in the fully equipped kitchen, stocked with pots, pans & the dishes you will need to serve friends and family. The living area is equipped with ample seating for guests in front of a large flat screen TV. The 3rd floor consists of a large game room with second large sitting area with large flat screen TV, and game tables. Guest have the choice between a master bedroom featuring a King-size bed or one of the 4 additional guestrooms. The 1st guestroom feature two Queen-size bed, 2nd features two double beds, 3rd guestroom with a King size bed and the 4th guestroom has a King size bed. The property comes with 3 levels of amazing bay views to catch beautiful sunsets! Cable and free WiFi is also provided, as well as a washer and dryer for guest use.

Walk out the back door to your own island paradise! You and your guests will enjoy sitting on the waterfront deck for morning coffee, mid-day lunch or evening nightcaps! If you want to enjoy the amazing South Padre sun and put your toes in the sand, the beach is just a short walk away.
