Aquarius 7th Floor Spectacular Beachfront View From Both Balconies, Pool & Spa!

Condominium’s community pool, brand new grills, and picnic areas, with nightlife and family-friendly attractions a short walk away. Please contact Christine McWilliams at least two days prior to arrival for required check-in instructions; phone: 210-264-9998.

IMPORTANT: The Aquarius HOA sets guest limits based on city, county fire, safety, and occupancy ordinances.

Occupancy limit is 4 which includes newborns, babies, infants, and toddlers.

There are no exceptions to exceed the guest limit during your stay. Non-registered guests are not being allowed in the building or in the condo at this time.

Any violation to the guest limit, including building rules/regulations, you will be asked to leave. If asked to leave due to an infraction, you forfeit all rental fees and deposits paid, without refunds or credits.

SUMMER GUESTS: For your safety, and the safety of building occupants, all guests, age 10+ are required to wear a wristband upon arrival. The wristband is at no cost to you, unless lost. Any registered guest not wearing a wristband in the building, is required to purchase a replacement wristband at your cost.

Lovely apartment!

Location was great for really everything-night life live music, restaurants, shopping and of course beach access. Condo was clean,comfortable,stocked well with everything you could possibly need or want. Patio was great for morning coffee, 🌅 sunrises and sunsets. We enjoyed our stay.

The condo was fantastic—just as presented in the description and photos. Christina was a very responsive host with detailed information for guests. Great location and view

My husband and I spent 8 days in South Padre and throughly enjoyed our visit. The condo is nice and the beds are comfortable, but the best thing about this condo are the amazing views from the balcony, and close proximity to a beautiful beach. There is a full kitchen that is well equipped and has been updated. The grounds were immaculate and the pool area was very nice and inviting. A very enjoyable stay!

Condo is very clean and updated. Unit has a ton of amenities. Balconies facing both gulf and bay sides provided a great spot to watch sunrise, sunsets and the SpaceX launch. Property owner is extremely nice and provided a ton of helpful information. We will definately stay here on our next SPI trip

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing condo, and I couldn't be more impressed. The place was perfect, offering a stunning beach view that made every morning a delight. Great Condo and Location

Condo was great. Very nice, clean, and updated with great beach vibe/feel. Has two amazing balconies—one on beach side and other overlooking city and bay which allows perfect views of beach sunrises and bay sunsets. Bed was very comfortable and property amenities with pool and hot tub were great. Ease of communication with property owner was very nice as well. Great location on the beach and easy to walk to many locations or take the free island shuttle bus anywhere you want to go. Definitely recommend this condo!

Great views and beach access at beautiful condo in SPI

We loved the view and the access to the beach! We had a balcony in the living room and in both bedrooms and both bathrooms had a shower. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. The pool was fabulous and warm. Staff at the front desk were super friendly. There is a gated parking area right out front. We loved our stay here and would come back if we visited the area again. The owner arranged a time to call us to discuss everything beforehand. I really appreciated talking to her. You will love it here too!

Exceeding Expectations

My wife, daughter and I visited the Aquarius 7th Floor condo during a fall getaway. The property was perfect for the three of us. Everything within the condo was as described and the view of SPI (gulf and bay) was one of the best we've encountered during multiple stays on the island. I had a call with the owners prior to leaving for our trip where she laid out all the processes for entering the property and checking in. She went so far as to send us a follow up email reminding us of a SpaceX rocket launch, which we were able to witness. The entire trip was a great experience, and the property exceeded our expectations. I would recommend this property to everyone visiting SPI and will be looking at availability during our future trips. Thanks to Mike and Christine for sharing their place with us!
