Check in was seamless with the codes provided only had to quickly check in with the front desk just to say we were there. We have stayed at the island a handful of times. This place had plenty of toiletries, a roll of paper towel, a bit of dish soap and even 2 days worth of coffee with filters and a few packs of sugar. Great location close to our favorite spots. Comfortable beds and towels. We will definitely be here again. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

The condo was beautiful and well cleaned . The view was unmatched . Check in and check out were a breeze. We did feel it was falsely listed to have a ensuite when the bathroom was across the hall. The bathroom in the listing that was said to be attached to the master was actually across from the queen bedroom and the guest bathroom as listed was across from the king bedroom i personally found the beds uncomfortable and they are very squeaky. Otherwise everything else was as discribed . The couch was very comfortable.

Honeymoon

Had an incredible honeymoon stay at the beach! Property was very clean, but a bit more dated than the photos let on and could use some modern updates. Great spot though, loved the private beach access and pool!

Location, Views, and Ease

Pleased with the gated parking, ease of checkin, easy access to beach with only 3 steps to navigate with a loaded beach cart. Gorgeous beach views from the narrow but ample balcony. Quiet rooms with no disturbances from neighbors. Nicely maintained building but the condo has a definite “rental unit” vibe with quick paint patches and a few temperamental bathroom outlets. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful view

It was an unobstructed view of the ocean and the pool was in the shade all afternoon. Perfect for morning at the beach and dip in the pool at the end of the day.

The bathroom doors did not shut completely close. There was a hole in the hall way wall. did nt like that the bathrooms were across the hallway from bedrooms. other than that the scernry from the balcony was priceless....

Great with a few flaws

Working with the padre island staff was excellent! So helpful, informative, and well written communication. Wi-Fi was too slow and timed out, construction to the building during the day, and some work was needed on the unit. However, we had a brilliant time and loved the location. Suited my family perfectly! Nice people, and amazing restaurants.

Perfect location!

For the price and location it was great. The condo could use some upgrades, bathrooms need work; shower/tub combo water fixtures broken, all hot water. No storage counter space in bathrooms. Sliding doors do not work well...felt trapped a couple times in the bathroom next to kitchen. Loved sitting on balcony at night that was perect. Overall it was a good place to unwind and enjoy the beach.

Exceptional veiw

The condo was smaller then we expexted, but it worked for us. The furniture was not comfortable. The king bed was good. The queen bed was uncomfortable and squeeky. The kitchen sink did not produce even warm water. We were given dishwaser tablets, but there was no dishwasher.

Nice little 2BR apartment with great view.

Stayed here for 4 nights and had a great time. The apartment is a bit dated, but well-kept and maintained. While it was on the smaller side, it was just fine for 2 adults and 2 kids (3 and 7). There is no pantry space, so all non-perishables had to stay on the kitchen's counter. There were several boardgames and puzzles, which were a nice extra for the kids. The view from the [small] balcony is great, the pool has a very decent size and green areas are well maintained. Didn't use other amenities like the gym, the hot tub, laundry or playroom (with a table tenis table), so can't opine as to those.

Great View with Some Caveats

This property has a great ocean view and a nice balcony area. First impressions was that it was too small for a 2 bed 2 bath. It would be amazing as a 1 bed, 1 bath. Shower stall was tiny and had a rain fall shower head that would soak both sides of the shower door when stepping in. Bathtub faucets were loose… I thought they didn’t work at first. Since the bathrooms are small, there really isn’t any countertop space. We had to keep all of our toiletries in our bedrooms. Other than some cosmetic/mechanical things the location is really nice. Pool was great and it’s a short walk to the beach.

Good for short stay

The location of this property was great. It is beachfront and had a great view. Check in was easy and the property management staff was nice as well as the front desk at the property itself. The property also felt secure and safe with bracelets and gate codes required for entry from both the street to the parking lot as well as to and from the beach. Cops also patrolled the beach regularly. The grounds were clean. The beach itself was clean, no garbage. The unit was as clean as I’d expect with clean linens and whatnot. However there are some cons. This space was fine for a family of 4 (with a teen and one pre teen) for just a few nights. But I would not be comfortable in this small space for any longer than that. It worked just fine for us since we had great weather and spent most of our time outside. We just had to stay organized with where we put our belongings and beach stuff. The main issues were the bathrooms. The master bath shower had very lower water pressure, the fixtures are in need of replacement, and the shower head was very low. The second bath was extremely tight with a very poorly functioning sliding door that would get stuck. The master bedroom door also did not seem to be snake to slide shut at all during our stay. Counter space is limited. All in all not a bad stay. Tight but for what we needed it served its purpose for a quick getaway.

Nice beach access. Good location for activities and food. Parasailing and dolphin cruise 3 minute drive or easy walk. Plenty of restaurants to walk to within 5 to 15 minutes. Clean rooms and living room. Needs a few fix ups and fresh paint but all in all a good time

Air conditioner was broken, 1st night, Repair people showed up 2nd day, very early and remained most of the day, but it was repaired.2nd bathroom shower door was loose and made hard contact with frame. At least 3 large insects needed to be dispatched.Good location

The condo was clean, great pool and the location was great. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and of course loved being steps from the beach. We did have some trouble with one of the pocket doors to the larger bathroom that wouldn’t fully close. It wasn’t a huge deal for us. I would stay here again.

Location was great. Place needs refreshing showing signs of wear and tear. Shower would not drain quickly and you would stand in pool of water. Kitchen cabinets are old pots and pans are old and scratched. Overall needs refreshing

Our overall experience was good. The condo was a little small for a family of 4 but we knew that from previous reviews. We did have to call maintenance for a leak around the AC return in the ceiling above the front door. But the view and access to beach was spot on!
