202 SEASCAPE CONDOS GULF SIDE CONDO

  • This is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath that sleeps 6 people maximum and has a large balcony overlooking the lush, green, tranquil courtyard and pool area. There is a washer /dryer in the unit, a large swimming pool, hot tub, and kiddie pool for the young ones. There is also charcoal BBQ pits in the courtyard as well. This unit has been remodeled and is very accommodating. Located just a 1 minute walk from the Gulf and beach access at Wanna Wanna makes for the perfect vacation spot. Great location, great space, great family fun.THIS IS A 2nd FLOOR WALK UP.MUST BE 25 Yrs OLD TO RENT HERE. Because HomeAway does not collect the 17% city and local tax, that will be due in addition at the time of check in!!!! We have no elevators at this property.
