Even better, the beach is only a quick walk from this condo's front door!! Enjoy all of your favorite coastal pastimes, soak up the sun on the beach, or head to the nearby Schlitterbahn Waterpark for a day of thrills! The building also has a coin operated washer/dryer for your convenience!! NO PETS ALLOWED!

*HOA has implemented a wrist band policy for all guests over the age of 10 and under the age of 35 for the month of March and holidays with a $30 fee per person paid to the HOA.

Unregistered/not approved pet - $200
Smoking in the property - $300
