Cozy SK Cottage 💜

Come be our guest in South County R.I.
Our SK cottage is set on a half acre, surrounded by trees and natural brush, giving a private feel, but is in between two quiet residential neighborhoods and is within walking distance to a DD coffee shop, mini mart, Pizzeria, and ice cream shop.
10-15 minutes away from URI, SK Beaches, Wakefield Town center, Narragansett, and 25 minutes to Newport.

Warm and inviting. The cottage has the feeling of getting away but being close to it all.
The property has a calming vibe and don’t be surprised if you see little bunnies, birds, and even deer walking through.💗 Relax and unwind under the pergola. Enjoy a fire and make s’mores (personal favorite) with the stone fire-pit. The outdoor space is one of my favorite places and we are excited for you to make memories and connect in this very special space.

The bedrooms are cozy and the gathering spaces are large. The living room has plenty of space to gather and the outdoor firepit with covered sitting area is another nice place to spread out. You'll find everything you need for your stay and well as a few personal welcoming touches.

Outstanding place to stay! Hosts were great! From the moment we arrived we were amazed at how beautifully decorated it was and we all felt at home instantly. The cottage has a nice layout with a nice big yard for the kids to play in and the dog to run around. We highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Rhode Island. Close to beaches and an easy drive to Newport. Sara and Dan make sure everything you need for the stay is available. We would love to return!

The house was very clean and comfortable. Very pet friendly too! The location is convenient, but the house is surrounded by trees and has large yard, so it was pretty quiet during our stay.

Really nice stay close to campus

Super close to URI and close to all of the beautiful areas like Narragansett and Newport and the ferry to Block Island. Enjoyed the privacy of the yard with fire pit and hot tub. Many little touches to make us feel welcome in the home.

Weekend Stay for LAX Tournament

We stayed at Cozy Cottage while in town for our son’s lacrosse tournament at URI and I can’t underscore enough just how pleased we were with our stay. Sara has truly thought of all the details, right down to the chilled glasses in the freezer! Location is super convenient and the property was exceptionally clean. Sara is also very responsive with her communication and made check-in a breeze. We will definitely book again if the opportunity presents itself!

SK cozy Cottage

Lovely stay in a perfect location to everything! Host Sara & Dan thought of everything from lint rollers to pet bags, to water in the fridge for our trips. Quiet location and gorgeous pergola with fire pit and dog run for our fur babies to explore the yard. All in all it was honestly the perfect place.

Perfect little getaway cottage

My husband and I, our adult son, and his partner stayed in this adorable cottage for two nights and couldn’t have been more comfortable. The property was spotless, exactly like the pictures, and the kitchen was well appointed. The owners sweetly left us some little extras which made us feel especially welcome. We’d gladly stay here again!

Accurate discription

This was a first time renting from vrbo for us as we haven't been able to get away for years because we are dog lovers. This home allowed us to bring them and everything was as pictured and expected. Home was immaculate and there were small welcoming touches as well as coffee and water.
