Bright, sunny Meticulous 3 bedroom home for rent in East Matunuck. 1 Mile from the East Matunuck Beach, around the corner from deep dock Marina's and very close to the famous Matunuck Oyster Bar. First floor has living room, dining room, good size kitchen,, bedroom with Queen bed and oversized full bath. 2nd floor has 2 large bedrooms that sleeps 7 comfortably. Outdoor shower with separate changing area. Washer and Dryer in the basement. Following dates available:

July 16th - 30th
August 13 - 27th

Beautiful, quiet, can't wait for next year

My partner and I rented Judy's home to swap city life for Rhode Island beach hopping. We knew nothing about the area going into it and were thrilled with how many beaches are within a very short distance, access to restaurants, and how easy it was to adventure to Newport and Providence. The house itself is clearly well loved, and we are hoping to come back next year with additional friends in tow to make use of the extra bedrooms. Perfect for a family, small group, or remote workers.

Lovely House, lovely owner

The house is super nice with two bedrooms upstairs, one down, a nice kitchen, dining area and living room. We particularly liked the sun porch and outdoor shower. Owner communications also good. Good value and nice.
