A simple and spacious apartment with good amenities - conveniently located and close to everything. The tv we couldn't get any cable - only streaming services which were not available. The entry road is a bit rough but parking was ok. Suggesting to make this a non-smoking building - another guest was smoking weed and that was very unpleasant for us. Otherwise quiet location and would be good for families too.

There was only 1 sharp knife in the kitchen and 1 wine glass. Kitchen needs to be better equipped for potentially 4 people. Everything was clean. Staff was minimal but sufficient. Bed comfortable. Parking easy. We were not able to get TV to work despite directions provided. Mary was able to address any concerns we had including she had no record of our reservation.

Really nice accommodations!

Very impressed with Mary. Responded to all our needs in the timely manner. Away from the beach; however, pool and tropical environment, lovely. Rooms large. Not a resort, which is why we enjoyed it!

Home away from home

Mary, Tracy and Dora were the best. They made us feel at home. Any questions or requests were quickly answered and we got good suggestions for restaurants and activities. Rendezvous Bay Beach was the closest and also our favorite. Kitchen had everything we needed and having laundry available was a huge plus. Very quiet neighborhood and only 6 units in the building. If we ever return to Anguilla we would definitely stay here again.

The Royal Palms was perfect. We stayed for 8 nights and had zero complaints. The apt was incredibly spacious, with a balcony where we enjoyed our coffee and breakfast every morning. The bedrooms were huge, clean, and had plenty of storage for our clothes. The kitchen was fully functional—although we are out most dinners. They provided both beach towels and bathroom towels. Mary was always in communication if we needed anything and extremely responsive. All in all a perfect stay! We will definitely be back.

Wonderful stay at Royal Palms Hotel in Anguilla (June 2024) I recently returned from a wonderful 9-night stay at Royal Palms in Anguilla. It was my first time visiting Anguilla in 10 years and it is just as gorgeous as ever with stunning beaches, excellent cuisine and nightlife, local events and a welcoming community. Royal Palms is peaceful and beautiful with a lovely pool and garden. The two- bedroom, two bath accommodation was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed views from the balcony over the sea toward Saint Martin. The room was always clean and fresh and the kitchen was well-appointed. All we had to do was relax and enjoy our stay. Thank you to our excellent hosts, Tracy and Mary Busby, and their attentive staff. We could not have asked for more.

Very comfortable on Anguilla

Mary is an amazing hostess. The rooms are spacious, very clean and fully equipped kitchen. You could probably get away with using taxis from this location but I would not recommend it. Renting a car is your best bet from this location. There is plenty of parking. We did not use the pool as we were visiting all the beaches and restaurants Anguilla has to offer. Whenever we visit Anguilla we will be staying here. We were lucky to get the top floor and a great view. You really cannot ask for anything better for the price. Mary, thank you so much for having us!!! NOTE: There is no elevator.

It might look like off the beaten path (which is par for the course for Anguilla, for those who have been around), but it is quite a gem. It was an unexpected pleasure to be in a simple, serene and quiet place (in fairness, it was after the carnival season), and we enjoyed our morning coffees in this state. The place was spacious and clean and turndown services and other additional asks can be requested. The location is near the center of the island which made it a convenient base for us to reach the beaches, dining options, supermarkets and what have you. As a bonus, property manager Mary is one of the most helpful people in the service industry as we have met, and she made our stay much exceptional than we could have expected. Royal Palms is recommended for travelers who may be working on a limited budget yet would rather prefer the peace and quiet of what an island gives without sacrificing modern amenities.

Everything was great. The place was very clean, quiet area, pool was good. Nearby to supermarkets, restaurants and the Waterpark for those of you that have children and would like to visit there but not stay by that resort. Parking is close to the building which I love. There is also a surveillance camera for safety purposes.10 out of 10 must visit!

We had an excellent stay. The accommodations were roomy, clean, and quite comfortable. Mary was lovely to deal with. It was close to everything including a gym, but you need a car to comfortably get around. We would definitely stay here again!
