- Welcome to "Uncommon Grounds" This beautiful brand new, family-friendly home, boasts a coastal farmhouse design and has something for everyone to enjoy. Start your day relaxing with a cup of coffee on the back patio in a serene setting or gather around the family dining table sharing stories from the night before. Then, being only steps from the private community pool, take a quick dip or splash around the pool for endless fun. Located on the Kal-Haven trail, stroll downtown where you can visit the Farmers Market for fresh produce and local goods. Looking to spend the day at the beach? Grab your beach towels and chairs and head to the beach - The Blue Stair beach entrance is only 5 blocks away. Also, the perfect location to watch the magnificent South Haven sunsets. After soaking up the sun, come back and fire up the grill for good food and company. Play some yard games or simply enjoy the lovely Michigan summer nights from the front porch. If working remotely, switch up your routine and plan for an extended stay at Uncommon Grounds with included high-speed internet and dedicated workspaces.
