This cabin in the woods was the perfect get away from the every day grind. Cabin was clean and very comfortable. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Hiking trails started right outside the back door. Couldn't ask for anything more. My stay in the cabin was perfect and the snow that fell was icing on in the cake. At pretty. Definitely will book again.

The stay was wonderful. I really wish were able to stay more then one night (had to get back home to the kids). The bubble bath was heaven lol. I hope we are able to make another trip to South Haven soon.

High school friends reunion

Needed a campsite for one evening somewhere near the Kal Haven Trail. this place fit the bill perfectly. Excellent bathroom facilities and the Kal Haven Trail is right there.

This is a great property located within walking distance to a great trail with a great view of the lake. The cabin itself is quaint but has a nice charm to it. The place was very clean. There were a few quirks with the place but that's to be expected, and nothing that drastically affected our stay.

Great Cabin in the Woods

We loved our winter stay in this cute, cozy cabin. Everything was clean and comfortable and the host checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, which we did. There was ample room for our family of 4, were able to hike in Van Buren State Park and along Lake Michigan from the cabin and were still minutes from town to go in for dinner. We were looking for a cabin in the woods with snow, and this delivered. We will be back to this cabin in the summer or fall to experience different scenery!

Wonderful quiet spot to get away. We had our annual girlfriend getaway and this was perfect! I wish we had more time to stay and enjoy the area. The cabin was very clean and comfortable in a beautiful location. I am going to try and come back in the fall. I bet the colors are amazing!

Family fun at Bear Cave

Bunk beds on the first floor was great for our younger children.Having a washer/dryer was very helpful staying with young kids. We enjoyed all the bear decorations! It’s a great log cabin to stay at in the woods but close to all the attractions! We would love to come back and stay in the future. Husband & kids loved the fire pit and the outdoor experience.

We enjoyed this cabin over the Memorial Day weekend. It had everything we needed to grill, have a fire, and enjoy nature. Hosts responded quickly to messages and thought of many little details to help make the stay comfortable. We enjoyed watching movies, sitting on the screened in porch, and having lunch on the patio. We also enjoyed the board games and made use of many of the kitchen items.
