SoHa's SOUTH BEACH PEACH is a gem, close to downtown, the marina, and beach. It has 3 bedrooms plus a basement area enclosed private bonus room with a sofa bed, and a family room with a pullout sofa bed, which provides sleeping space for 10 people, maximum. New in Fall 2022, Queen size bed mattresses supplemented with toppers and sofa bed mattresses upgraded also (see photos).
Walk to Kid's Corner Park, the "Blue Stairs" of South Beach, all within a few blocks. Downtown is less than a mile away! There is a splash pad at South Beach now, too! This home is full of light and comfortable surroundings with a well appointed kitchen, a large deck for barbecues and a fenced yard. Lower level family room with a bar and comfortable seating, for times the weather doesn't cooperate. The Van Buren Trail Spur is located nearby for bikers or walkers to go downtown South Haven or on a longer trip to either the Kal-Haven trail or Van Buren State Park. Come enjoy beach days, sunsets and relaxation for your South Haven vacation!

Fall, Winter and Spring season is a 2 night minimum. If you need to cancel for any reason after reserving the property you must do so up to 7 days prior to your stay to receive a full refund. Cancellation within 7 days of your reserved stay, your payment will not be refunded. The full amount of the rent will be refunded as well as any fees and taxes, if the property can be re-rented within the 7 days. Rental agreement is subject to availability. Reservation can be made within the 7 day time period. If a reservation is made within the 7 days prior to the actual rental time period then payment will be forfeited if cancellation occurs. Rent payment will be refunded if vacation home is reserved and re-rented for the cancelled time period.

Summer Season is a 7 night minimum. Rental is Friday to Friday. If you need to cancel for any reason within 60 days of your reservation, your payment will not be refunded. The full amount of the rent will be refunded as well as any fees and taxes, if the property can be re-rented within the 60 days.
Rental agreement is subject to availability. Reservation can be made within the 60 day time period. If a reservation is made within the 60 days prior to the actual rental time period then payment will be forfeited if cancellation occurs. Rent payment will be refunded if vacation home is reserved and re-rented for the cancelled time period.

There was plenty of space(5 adults, 3 littles), it was well-stocked and comfortable, and close enough to the playground and beach for memorable walks each day. We had a great time on our family beach vacation. Cora was very responsive with any questions or needs. The house is within walking distance to the beach and park so we enjoyed that! Unfortunately the beds were not comfortable, but aside from that we enjoyed our stay!

This is an excellent property for all persons in a visiting party to be able to spread out and enjoy time at the beach ... or just relaxing on the patio. This was our first time to the area, and everyone in the family enjoyed our time spent together here. The fenced yard is an added benefit for parties with young children. We will be back!

We stayed here for our annual girls trip and had a blast! The house was spacious and large enough for 7 women to relax and get away for the weekend. Cora was very communicative and very lovely. Check in/out was a breeze. Would definitely book this property again!

Quiet street with ample yard and deck, close to best playground in town and beach. The house had a great layout for our big and little kids to enjoy time together (but have space to be apart). Giant deck and yard and a short walk to the major attractions of park, bike trail and sunset viewing. Hosts were accommodating and the house was stocked with perfect beach gear.

Best value we’ve seen in South Haven for the size and perfect location on a quiet street , that’s an easy 2 1/2 block walk to the less crowded Blue Stairs Beach section , and Kids Corner. Adults and Grandkids had a great time , even let them stay up late one night to see an awesome Sunset on the bluff overlooking the Beach. Although the Beach was our main focus, shopping and more dining choices in Douglas and Saugatuck are only a short drive away.

Beautiful, clean house, great location, well working appliances, good supply of towels, beach chairs, kitchen stuff. Cora is great and flexible host with fast response. Unique house with collection of more than 50 images of light houses inside of it - I would call it “Lighthouse” house.

Great location and all amenities that are needed. Spacious inside and a great deck and backyard. Being closed to Kids Corner was a life saver. Easy walk to the beach too. The only negative was the musty smell in the lower level due to dampness in one room and a dehumidifier running.

Cora’s home accommodated our group of 7 ladies beautifully for a much needed weekend getaway! Sleeping accommodations were great! House was very clean and comfortable and we loved that the kitchen table was large enough for all of us to sit around to play games and cards. We also loved how you could walk to Lake Michigan, and downtown (even though we chose to drive-(we are all in our 60s and the knees aren’t as great as they used to be!). We had a wonderful time! The weather was amazing, the fall colors were brilliant, and the sunsets over Lake Michigan were spectacular! Cora was a wonderful and accommodating host! Would definitely return!

We had a wonderful time at Orchard Dr. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay relaxing and wonderful. The walk to the beach was easy especially with the cart to roll the chairs over to the stairs and we got to enjoy a wonderful firework show by the beach as well as a 4th of July parade just a block down the street. Our German visitors where very impressed. Also the lighthouse decor was right up our alley. Thanks you for making our vacation very memorable.

The house was very clean and close to Kids Corner playground/Lake Michigan. Cora was very responsive when I reached out. We found the mattresses to be too firm for our liking. Orherwise, we enjoyed our stay at this property.

We had a wonderful visit to South Haven at Cora's. The home is lovely - inside and out. We were a Nana, daughter, son-in-law and 3 kiddos ages 4, 8, and 11. Everyone loved the house which was very clean, beds were very comfortable (always a plus) and decorated nicely with a lovely big deck, back yard, etc. and a very nice neighborhood. We also had great weather! Thank you Cora for sharing your home with us!!
