The rooms are small which is totally fine. The customer service was not all that great except for the one staff member who actually helped us get a fan. The plumbing was messed up and had no hot water, AC, or ice. And they had no way of saying how long it would be that way. The elevators are very tiny and hold only a couple of people with luggage. Room was clean but other than the one helpful staff member, that was all they had going for them.

Friendly staff, secure, super central location. I felt safe staying at this property and the services/amenities were helpful for someone travelling alone. I often ship myself a lot of things to use during my travels, they had a lovely lady working the mail room but she seemed to be just working the entire mail room by herself so it would be great if they hired someone to help since it was hard to get in touch to get confirmation on package arrivals! I don't know how she does it on her own!
