Kelly's Bay House - Short walk to Kelly's Bay and Public Park - 16 Town Beaches

Cute and cozy 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage located just steps from Kelly's Bay, Johnny Kelly park and the rail trail in South Dennis. Two bedrooms, one bathroom (tub/shower), kitchen, living room and dining room are located on the first floor. Three bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom (walk in shower) are located on the second floor. There is off street parking for 4 cars. The dining room table seats 6. The home has basic cable, high speed internet, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, grill, outside shower and laundry (available in the basement).

The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for active families. Beautiful Dennis beaches are just a short drive away (4 miles to Bayside and 4 miles to Nantucket Sound).

Two kayaks, two paddleboards, beach chairs, coolers, and a variety of outdoor games are available for use upon request.

Great Location, wonderful week

We stayed for a week, there were 6 of us, and plenty of room for all. Excellent location, easy access to the water to use Kayaks and paddleboards, a quick drive to the beach. Only a 1/2 mile bike ride and you are on the Cape Cod rail Trail. The owners made check-in very easy and answered any questions we had very promptly. Each room had it's own window A/C unit which was nice. Plenty of room, nice couch and TV and a great Kitchen table for us to play games at, at night. Although we did not cook at home, they have a nice weber grill for your use.

Great location, lots of room

This was our first cape vacation and this was a great place to stay. Lots of bedrooms and comfortable living room. Very clean and everything worked. Beds were comfortable. Mike and Sharon were very responsive and pointed us in the right direction on things to do. We used the paddle boards and kayaks a few times. Just walked them down the road to the water. Also Dennis is central. Quick to get to beaches, national seashore, Hyannis, etc. We would stay here again!

Kelly Bay House

Our family traveled from three places to the Kelly Bay house and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We were able to spread out with the choice of bedrooms and the common space worked for us. The patio area was a favorite of ours! Thank you for the use of the kayaks and beach chairs. We would be happy to rent again in the future. Convenient location for beaches and shopping.
