Top South Cumberland Islands National Park Hotel Reviews
Mantra Mackay
8/10 Good
"Staff and breakfast are amazing as well as the location.
However property is in terrible condition
Paint peeling off walks in kitchen
Outdoor furniture in poor condition
Flooding shower/bathroom
damp wet smell in room..."
"Dolphin Heads is an awesome spot to stay. Rooms are clean and have great views. They do not have a reception for checking in guests. Once there you get left on your own to figure out where you are staying although the staff can be helpful once located"
"Beds feel like you are sleeping on clouds , felt very welcomed.. beautiful BBQ area nice and relaxing to even just sit at , definitely will book again "
"I would never stay here again. The room stunk of smoke, there were marks on the carpet & walls. Dead bugs on the window sill. Tv remote didn't work. The bed was the worst I've slept in for a long time. Two singles pushed together which is standard in a lot of places these days but if u lay on one side there was a 5-10cm height difference on the two sides. It was not pleasant. Other than the windows above the bed there's no natural light AND there's a building site behind you that start wk at 0630. Way overpriced for what it was. Check in & parking were no issue"
