Hotel was very crowded with kids around the pool. Staff was very friendly. Beware the food nor drink menus has no prices when ordering and a shocker when signing the bill

Property is in a great location. Incredible kid friendly (amenities, food options). We stayed for 2 nights pre-cruise and made good use of pool. Very walkable location as well. My only issue was with pool service- it was VERY difficult to find a pool server and there was also abanonded pool towels and plates everywhere. Seemed understaffed. Other than that we had a great time.
