"Terrible. Waste of money and time. Wouldn’t recommend it. Training is needed for the reception all the way to the duty manager ! The property is well kept but the staff? Definitely not a Taj Holiday. "

"The hotel had no record of any booking made thru hotel.com, did get a room but what would have happened if fully booked. Clean and comfortable room. Dirty pool. Beach closed for swimming, large signs with "Prohibited ...." ?? Arrogant restaurang personel"

"Very bad experience, my friend was robbed of her value (not much fortunately) forgotten in a wallet, left in the room during the cleaning while we were away. That was undoubtedly a theft, cause the thief left a small size banknote dripping from the wallet. And, most awful and without any comprehension for what happened, we didn’t get any apologies of any kind. Poor staff and rude management. Also, the water of the swimming pool was green… Please do yourself a favor, stay away from this resort...
