  • Every room in this year-round home has been totally renovated and redesigned just a few years ago. The Living Room has been renovated in Winter 2025. See the photos. Bayview Cottage features central air conditioning throughout, gleaming hardwood floors in living areas, a tiled kitchen floor with gas stove, stainless appliances w/ dishwasher and microwave, granite counters, breakfast bar, and separate prep area/wine bar with wine cooler. Enjoy the comforts of this tastefully decorated ranch 4/10 mile stroll from Forest Beach, conservation area and near a neighborhood tennis court. On the calendar you will note that during the high Summer Season (June to August, we do a minimum of 7 day/weekly rental.
    There is also an outdoor shower for after your beach trips. It is a short distance to the inlet to Taylor's pond where there is a landing for fishing, kayaking, or paddle boarding.The village center is just 3 miles for unique shopping, fine dining, large playground, weekly band concerts, the Coast Guard Lighthouse, and the nationally renowned Chatham Anglers NCAA baseball games where MLB scouts search for new talent.
