"The room was clean. The place was a little outdated but that was ok. The screen in the sliding door was half off and I went to take a shower @ about 6:00 P.M. There wasn't any body soap. I called the front desk to have these corrected. The person @ the front desk said they would fix both issues. Yes they did. The next day around 10:00 A.M.!! Went to hot tub the first day. The temp of the water was great! BUT, the jets barely worked. I reported this. The person said they would look into it. Went the next day. The water wasn't very warm and still the jets hardly worked. The indoor pool and the hot tub were very clean. Online it was advertised that a continental breakfast was included. Nope there wasn't any. When I questioned this. The person said there wasn't any. When I showed him the adv. for it. He said it was wrong. I told him the reason why I chose this hotel was for the hot tub and the breakfast. He said that he was sorry. When asked for a discount. He said that he couldn't give one. The fire pit and picnic area was right outside our back door. This was very nice. And they provided firewood."

"Excellent hotel stay at Anchor In. Upon arrival, the front desk team was very kind in making recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, and gave us a wonderful room with a view of the waterfront. Parking was easy, and the property was clean. Once in the room, it had all of the features expected, in room coffee, fridge, safe, plenty of shampoo, soap, etc. The TV had so many channels that it was challenging to keep track of all the options. The Wi-Fi connection worked well throughout our stay. Continental breakfast was well stocked and complimentary - a great way to start each day. With beautiful views, excellent staff, and accessibility to the ferries another attractions in Hyannis, this is an incredible place to stay."

"First time attending Margaritaville with my family for my son’s birthday and it was amazing. The water park experience was great. Unfortunately it was raining so we were unable to use the outdoor pool. Loved the s’mores setup they had for guest to cozy up next to the fireplace with a delicious treat. The outdoor space was relaxing and I loved that they had game setup outside for kids and adults. All and all my kids really enjoyed the stay, from my 11 year old birthday boy to my 23 year old. The island vibes, along with the friendly and welcoming staff really elevated our experience! I would definitely recommend and I plan to return with my family and friends."
