"I have stayed in many hotels throughout the world, from no stars to 5 stars. I was struck by both the warmth and professionalism exhibited by EVERY staff member I encountered during my 5 day stay. I was impressed by the delicious breakfast offerings, which is very difficult to maintain for such a large group of clients. The front desk concierges made one feel cared for, which is key to the weary traveler. Even the General Manager was helpful, gracious and attentive. So often in other hotels...
