New townhome 1.5 mi from ND and one block to Riverwalk and nice downtown restaurants. Just one block off ND Ave. 3 large bedrooms all with private en-suite baths. All queen beds. Large high-end appointed kitchen with 12 ft breakfast bar, microwave, gas range and large dining room table. Kitchen opens to great room perfect for a crowd. Small balcony with grill with easy access to kitchen. 2000 sq feet with open floor plan. New build in 2020. Great for game days, concerts and ND celebrations!

Perfect football weekend place to stay

New and nice townhome about 1.5 miles from campus. Very easy walk - we did it each day. Maureen the owner was very responsive and made the process easy. We will definitely stay there again.

College Football weekend

Great location to the Notre Dame campus. Very easy to navigate. The property was so nice especially each bedroom having it’s own bathroom.

Great Place in South Bend!

Nicely appointed condo in quiet neighborhood with close proximity to restaurants and Notre Dame campus. Clean with nice personal touches. Communicating with Maureen was easy. We will stay there again!

ND game

Property is close to campus, down town and stores. Had a few pantry supplies but not all needed essentials. Directions on using the TV for watching sports would have helped us sports fans. Loved everyone having their own space and convenient location. Would stay again!

Really cute, clean, comfortable property. Great location for Notre Dame events. Host was responsive and provided lots of appreciated amenities at the house. Would highly reccommend!
