Staff was very nice. Just a few comments about the room. The a/c was very loud and the motion detector lights in the entrance and bathroom were pretty annoying when you get up to go in the middle of the night. The furniture was a little beat up.

Staff was friendly. Very dated property. Extremely small bathrooms. There was a small notice on a wall outside of elevator indicating you needed to request housekeeping. Should be posted at front desk and they should also mention to you at check in. Within walking distance to airport.

Closest hotel to the airport, so super convenient. Despite being close to the airport I found it to be very quiet. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was welcoming and helpful.

Great Football Weekend!

We had an outstanding stay while attending the Notre Dame football game this weekend. The two rooms in which we stayed were clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was great.

Good Location but High Price

Good location. Good condition. Friendly service. But comparatively higher price to other hotels in the South Bend area. Needed easy, safe parking for a truck and trailer - and could not get this kind of parking at cheaper downtown hotels.

Located close to the train station. We arrived by Amtrak at 2 AM. We asked that our room be held for our late arrival and it was, no questions asked. We were received graciously by the night manager and in our room within minutes of arriving. A very positive experience.

The staff was remarkable. The hotel had a clean appearance and was very quiet. I did however find a dried washcloth hanging from the shower curtain rod once I pulled the curtain closed. It appeared to have been there for some time.

I’ve stayed here often when traveling and needing early access to the airport. Always great staff. The dresser in the unit needed replaced as the drawers wouldn’t stay shut. In the middle of the night that can be dangerous.

The hotel is good. Clean and safe. Staff was a little hard to deal with when it was time to pick me up from the airport. It worked out, just a little too much after flying all day. The hotel was clean and safe, the breakfast was the worst I have had. I eat MREs eggs for 30 years and the breakfast at the hotel was the worst. The breakfast had choices, but only the bagel saved me.
