The room was a bit outdated but was clean. The mattress was not to my liking firm and the pillows were down material, very squishy. I did ask for another pillow and got a foam one that was a little firmer than the other. Interesting that I was in a handicap-accessible room and there were plenty of grab bars by and in the shower/tub, but there were not any by the toilet.

The Expedia website listed the property as having a pool and hot tub. Hot tub was an amenity in my search criteria. The hotel did NOT have a hot tub, and made me feel pretty stupid for thinking it did. Because it was information from a 3rd party site (Expedia), they had no responsibility for the error and felt no need to do anything to accommodate me. There were no jacuzzi rooms available to even change my reservation to. Further, because I booked through Expedia, they wouldn't give me Hilton Honor points for the stay. It rnded up being an expensive stay at a hotel that was nothing special.

Good place NO HOT TUB
Probably cleanest place to stay in Elkhart. Picked this place because of hot tub and pool, but when we got there no hot tub its been filled in we wanted to relax in hot tub and let kids swim in pool we picked this place 100% based on hot tub

Nice hotel, conveniently located. Loved the free gift bag of water and snacks at check in. Was disappointed that there was no maid service at all during a 4 day stay and I had to request fresh towels from the desk.

Nice hotel at a reasonable Price, MINUS the check in and check out interactions. The counter staff is very rude and seem bothered that your there. Upon check out the woman asked for my room number l. I responded with my last name because I couldn’t think of the room number. She then says..”I SAID ROOM NUMBER.” I then spelled my last name, she sighs, probably because she’s now forced to hit two more buttons to pull up the room. One word for the front desk staff. Miserable. I won’t be back

Faucet leaked I told staff twice nothing done No daily cleaning Had to go down to the front desk for towels and paper drinking cups Used up first towels to stop leak from spreading on bathroom counter. Don’t expect any service.

I had a 4 night stay planned but cut it short because of bugs in the bed. I returned to my room to find the bed covered with ants. The hotel staff gave me a new room, a breakfast voucher, and hotel points but I decided to leave.

Our room was received with no beddingnfor pull out, ee had no towles in room and no toiletries in bathroom. When "made to order" breakfast was ordered, we were handed a cup of hot water and 1 instant oatmeal pack. Pool clesrly stated no street clothes, and people were in the pool with shorts and tshirts, prompting people to leave.
