the hotel its self was great. so convenient to be next to the monorail. its clean and has good restaurants. The check in was a nightmare. took over 2 hours and during our trip the line was always long even at midnight!

Old bathtub but clean .

The room was very clean . The beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly . The only thing wrong with the room was the bathtub was not in good condition .

The entire hotel reeked of cigarette smoke from the second we walked off the elevator. The carpet in the room had cigarette numerous cigarette burn marks and the refrigerator in the room was rusty. The mattress smelled so badly of smoke that it woke me up multiple times at night. I had to leave the window open just to get some fresh air in the room. The staff did a great job and at least the sheets were clean. But the room and hallway were in an awful state. If I had paid $80 for the night I might have expected as much, but being gouged for almost $400 because there was a Notre Dame game that night made it that much worse. It was the worst hotel stay I've had in my entire life.

Great Stay!

Staff is great, friendly and professional. The room was clean and the bed was fairly comfortable as well. Any minor issues that came up during the two weeks I was there were handled promptly. I was able to work without distractions. Thank you for your excellent service!

The floors in my room were absolutely filthy, there was hair in the clean towels. The room above me were very noisy. The staff I interacted with were helpful.

Last minute reservation for a football game. Room was $79 so wasn't expecting a lot. No hair dryer no ice available. Staff was friendly room was clean, bed was good. I went through expedia, paid in advance. The hotel did not require a credit card for incidentals, which to me is the biggest ripoff in the hotel industry. Overall a decent place to stay if you want a budget room.

The staff at the front desk was very helpful. The condition of the room showed that it has seen better days. There was food left from another guest in the fridge. The exterior of the fridge had rust spots on the doors.
