"Perfect place to stay for a few nights when dropping our daughter off at Clemson! WellAppointed, plenty of space for 3 of us, great to come back from dorm move in to relax. We enjoyed the fitness center and the pool/beach/docks by the lake."

"This was probably one of the best places I've stayed at using VRBO. This was in a well situated area overlooking a golf course. Very quiet area with accessible traveling to nearby areas. It was also well equipped with just about everything you need! I got some writing done and did some fishing, and I would definitely stay here again."

"Great place to stay. The unit is very well decorated and is stocked with anything you might need. Lisa was a great host, always available and quick to respond. Location is also great, right next to the marina. Could not have asked for better."

"This property has a ton of pros! The place was spacious and quiet with comfortable living room furniture and bedding. The grounds were beautiful with a friendly and safe community feel. We found the additional set up fee for community gate access to be unnecessary, as we used the 5 digit guest gate code for all entry points. We only went in and out of the condo from the front door; therefore, only one out of 4 or 5 condo door codes was used. The provided rule book omitted the required 2 loads of laundry on exit and was in an email only. We confirmed the 2 loads of laundry to be necessary or pay a 50 fee. The trash and recycling is also a process, but this is most likely community rule versus homeowner. Knowing and accepting the dress codes and rules going into this condo will help to make your stay more comfortable."
