Please fix this problem so someone else doesn’t have the same unpleasant experience. I requested a refund from Calafate Lodge. "

"Beautiful resort, clean, sunny, spacious, surrounded by nature. An amazing breakfast!!!! Very friendly services. The location is not beach front, but it has a lovely lake with kayak and stand up boards, swimpool and relaxing areas to hang out. "

"Overall nice property surrounded by nature. No food options other than breakfast (Aug 2025) and given its remote location, this can be a little inconvenient. Room smelled a little musty presumably because of the humidity. "

"Turned up 4 people they said room only for 3 max. My friend offered to stay in a hammock outside the room . Not accepting that she then forked out over £100 for another room which was only available 1 night we were there for 2. Then the management the next day had a change of heat and all 4 of us were allowed in the original room . Disgusting treatment just to get another £100+"
